What this is

A muscle page answers two questions that usually live on different sites. The anatomical one — where does this attach, what does it do, which nerve supplies it — is written the way a textbook writes it. The practical one — why it is under-trained, what patterns it, what goes wrong — is written the way a coach says it. Both are on one page because they are about one muscle.

Exercise pages carry numbered technique and the mistakes that make a movement stop working. No sets, no reps, no loads: those depend on the person, and a static page cannot know them.
